Short, because it's simple
The trial
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. A card is required to start it, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before day seven and you pay nothing at all.
Monthly plans
Cancel whenever you like; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't refund partial months once a billing period has started.
Annual plans
If you cancel within 30 days of an annual charge (the first one or a renewal), we refund that charge in full. After 30 days, the year is non-refundable, but cancelling stops the next renewal and your workspace stays active until the year ends.
Billing mistakes
If we ever charge you incorrectly, tell us and we'll refund the difference promptly, no argument.
How to ask
Email support@serviceguard.io from an email on your workspace. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
